The past couple of days here in Orem have been very chilly! This is unfortunate because we love going outside whenever we can, and get most of our exercise from walks on the path on our campus. We were scheduled to go outside today, but it was 25 degrees outside! So we had to get creative. We did a chair yoga routine and coupled it with other exercises such as lifting our arms and legs repeatedly. The residents who participated actually really enjoyed it! We will definitely be adding this activity to our exercise repertoire.
